8 week nutritional challenge... So it is an 8 week course which is 1 hour per week where we all get together and analyse your current nutrition and what your needs are moving forward . We look at establishing some realistic goals and we plan on how we are going to achieve our goals. Then Every week we discuss a different part and see where we are at... It is a group thing so you get the support and motivation to stay on track. Every week we also have one or 2 people bringing a plate to try new healthy recipes that they have found... So double bonus 😊. Over the 8 weeks we discuss motivational tools, food reactions, recognising the signs within your body, nutritional values,What can effect weightloss and more.
